Terms of Service

By installing or using DM Studio (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DM Studio is a service for Instagram influencer outreach via direct messages.

• Use the Service in compliance with Instagram's terms and policies.
• Do not violate any law, rule, or regulation while using the Service.
• Do not use the Service to send spam, harassment, or unsolicited promotional messages.
• Do not interfere with or damage the integrity or performance of DM Studio.
• You are solely responsible for your Instagram account and for every message you send.

The Service uses Instagram's private (unofficial) APIs. Using them may violate Instagram's Terms of Service and could result in account restrictions. This risk is yours to assume.

PRO subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. The free tier is limited; the PRO tier removes the daily login-based limit. Hard caps (maximum 100 sends/day, minimum 20-second interval) apply to all tiers and cannot be raised.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DM Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses
• Business interruption or reputational harm
• Suspension or banning of your Instagram account
• Claims related to unauthorized access or data loss
• Any other loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, DM Studio

You understand and agree that your use of the Service is entirely at your own discretion and risk, and that you are solely responsible for any system damage or data loss resulting from such use.

The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of DM Studio at any time, for any reason — including violation of these Terms — without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease.

These Terms may change. Updates take effect when posted on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
