Where IGdm Pro is broader

The official bulk sender page and product page document campaigns for up to 1,000 recipients, CSV messages, merge tags, alternate versions, reply analytics, automatic replies, Follow to DM, comment triggers, and lead exports. The 1,000 figure is a campaign recipient capacity. It is not a documented daily allowance.

IGdm Pro fits teams wanting prospecting, sending, inbox utilities, and analytics in one desktop product. Its current site listed Standard at $8.99 monthly, Scale at $19.99, and Ultra at $29.99 on the review date. Verify checkout terms before buying.

Where DM Studio is more focused

DM Studio collects up to 2,000 followers or following per collection, imports CSV/XLSX, and maps custom columns into a reviewed message template. The user starts the queue. Software limits enforce at least 20 seconds between sends, batches of 10, at least 30 minutes between batches, and no more than 100 successful sends per Instagram account per day.

DM Studio does not offer IGdm Pro's auto replies, A/B analytics, comment monitoring, or cross-platform desktop apps. Its recipient data, message, and send history remain in the browser. It does not ask for an Instagram password.

Login and data handling

IGdm Pro's help and privacy page describe an app-internal Chromium login and local cookie storage. Those are vendor statements. Teams should review current terms and test their own environment. Neither architecture guarantees delivery or prevents restrictions.

Which should you choose?

Choose IGdm Pro for a wider desktop automation and inbox suite, larger campaign files, and built-in analytics. Choose DM Studio for Instagram-only list sourcing, explicit hard limits, spreadsheet variables, and local CSV history in Chrome.

When moving tools, keep a clean username CSV, preserve only fields the destination accepts, remove prior recipients, and test a small segment. Product-specific analytics and automation rules need separate handling. See how to plan DMs to 100 influencers or DM Studio pricing.
